Our cattle graze on open pastures with native grasses and homegrown alfalfa and grass hay.&nbsp; Our beef is not finished with grain or corn, allowing our cattle to mature and gain weight naturally.</p> <p>Our grassfed beef has a unique, genuine flavor based on a longer, naturally tuned growing cycle.&nbsp; Our flavor harkens back to the time before the 1950&#8217;s when all cattle were grassfed and pasture-raised and there were no feedlots fattening cattle quickly on hormones and high-calorie feed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p> <p>We are part of an operation in which we have the opportunity to raise a distinctive quality product.
